We LOVE our school and Multicultural Night is a highlight of the school year, an opportunity to honor and celebrate the many cultures represented at our school (17 different languages are spoken by our families). Families bring in a dish to share and there was an amazing spread this evening of delicious food from countries as diverse as Mexico, El Salvador, Holland, Portugal, Vietnam, Laos and Korea (and many more). I baked my grandmother's sticky toffee pudding, a firm favorite in our family, and in this picture Anna and her friend Charlotte are pouring the toffee sauce over the individual portions of pudding before the crowds arrived to eat.
